Joya is blessed to be living out her passion: helping people achieve their goals. When she began her Real Estate career Joya realized she can execute her passion professionally as well as in her community. As a Realtor, Joya’s first priority is to please her clients. She listens to her clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and she strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is enjoyable, easy, and stress-free. Prior to her Real Estate career, Joya had a successful career with a fortune 500 company as one of the leading Regional Liability Claims Managers. She holds a Paralegal Degree and is accomplished in litigating, negotiating and coaching. Joya prides herself on building trust relationships at all levels. She is now the third generation in her family to serve in the real estate industry. She loves the outdoors, from the ocean to the mountains and all the land in between. She lives in Bow with her beautiful family and is a member of the Bow Rotary Club.
